Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own camera?
No. A professional photographer captures everything and sends you edited images. Bring your phone or camera too if you like.
How many photos do I get?
Around 35 edited, high-resolution digital images, delivered after the tour.
Will I definitely see balloons?
Balloons fly most mornings in season (roughly April–November), weather permitting. Flights are occasionally cancelled for wind, which is out of our control.
How early is pickup?
Usually around 04:45–05:00 to reach the viewpoints before first light — the effort is worth it.
