Cancellations made well in advance are eligible for a refund or free rebooking. Cancellations close to the activity date may be subject to charges, as some services are pre-paid to operators.
If a weather-dependent activity (e.g. hot air balloon flight) is cancelled by the operator, you may rebook for another date or receive a full refund for that activity.
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup point without prior notice is treated as a same-day cancellation.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
