By booking a tour or service with Katpatuka Tours you agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Please provide accurate guest, date and pickup details.
Prices are shown per person in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise and may vary by season and group size. Activities such as hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent.
For safety reasons, weather-sensitive activities may be rescheduled or cancelled by the operator; in such cases you may rebook or receive a refund per our Cancellation Policy.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time and for following operator safety instructions.
Katpatuka Tours acts as an agent for licensed operators and is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
